<div dir="auto">Hi Debby!<div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">If you are able to do two professional developments close together, I would recommend doing the Framing routine first. Even the most reluctant teachers like that routine. I have worked with many secondary teachers over the years, and they are able to develop several frames for their content area during a work session. Then, when you provide UO professional development, these teachers use their frames when creating their curriculum schedules. When you are able to provide a third PD, I recommend Content Comparison. Teachers find this routine easy to implement as well.</div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Let me know if you have questions, I welcome collaboration and have extra time to help.</div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Vicki</div></div><br><div class="gmail_quote"><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_attr">On Mon, May 23, 2022, 12:11 PM debby.mossburg--- via Simtrainer-l <<a href="mailto:simtrainer-l@lists.ku.edu">simtrainer-l@lists.ku.edu</a>> wrote:<br></div><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0 0 0 .8ex;border-left:1px #ccc solid;padding-left:1ex">

<div>I'd love to hear about your experience with new teachers and your thoughts about this sequence. It's been a while since I worked with new teachers, and I wonder if they are familiar enough with their curriculum to start off with the Unit Organizer. On the other hand, it might turn out to be a great way to help them plan from the start. Would you endorse UO first & then FRAME, or the other way around? </div>
