Hello SIM Professional Developers,
We are conducting a survey on the nature and perceptions of collegiality among secondary social studies teachers, science teachers, and special education teachers. The purpose of the study is to better understand what good colleagueship is in terms of the collaborative behaviors demonstrated during the work of good colleagueship, the environment in which good colleagueship flourishes, and the cultural mindset that promotes good colleagueship in schools.
If you are a social studies teacher, science teacher, or special education teacher who collaborates with social studies or science teachers, you are invited to take this anonymous survey. Also, if you know social studies, science, or special education teachers who may be willing to take this survey, we invite you to please forward this email to them.
When you click on the survey link, the first screen will be an Information Statement asking you for Informed Consent if you are willing to participate in the survey and share your responses for research purposes. If you select YES, you will proceed to the survey questions. You can change your mind at any time while taking the survey because your responses will only be recorded after you click Submit at the end. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Questions about participation or procedures can be asked anytime.
