<p class="MsoNormal">We are conducting a survey on the nature and perceptions of collegiality among secondary social studies teachers, science teachers, and special education teachers. The purpose of the study is to better understand what good colleagueship

 is in terms of the collaborative behaviors demonstrated during the work of good colleagueship, the environment in which good colleagueship flourishes, and the cultural mindset that promotes good colleagueship in schools.<br>
