[Simtrainer-l] Question about CE supplements

Hi Jane- This is a good question, so I'm going to send the answer out to the listserv as well as to you.  The Content Enhancement Supplements, which used to be books, are now on CDs (or thumb drives if you wish). We have run out of many of those books, and a decision was made not to print more.  Each CD focuses on one subject area and displays example Content Enhancement devices for that subject area. They are $12 each. They contain pdf copies of the pages of the supplement book.  A few of the books are left. People can call the office at 785-749-1473 between 10 am and 2 pm on weekdays to order the cds, thumb drives, or the left over books.

The digital examples for the Subject Areas are interactive CDs.  (Or you can request a thumb drive.) In other words, the GIST templates are on the CD and can be filled in. The examples can be changed to fit your content.
I am attaching the order form so you can see how they are listed separately from the Content Enhancement Supplements.   Jean

Can you tell me what the difference is between the Digital Examples for Subject Areas and Content Enhancement Supplements? I share my CE Supplement books with teachers at a CE workshop last week, and a couple of teachers wanted their own set of books.
