Can you all let Alex know if you can come to the department end of semester/holiday gathering.  If you can let Alex know by tomorrow then I can get an idea of which room in Johnny's West we can use, and how much pizza etc. Yourself and if + 1 etc.  More can come also, of course, but they are needing a head count.
