[Pols-l] prior faculty meetings minutes & update hiring plan

Hello all,  Attached is a revised hiring plan and the minutes of a couple of the prior faculty meetings.

For last Fridays meetings I hope to get a bit more details out to you when I have time.  I have attached the handouts from Karla Williams, of the Shared Services Center with our current list of contacts on it.  Also Megan Wilson was at the meeting and reminded us to refer to her for all thing graduate students.  Beyond that there was various discussion with them and the faculty answering some of their questions.

So you all know I will be out of the office at a meeting from 11:30-1 or 1:30 and in a call shortly before that.
