[Pols-l] candidate visits, East Asia Search, reserve 12 Feb @ 4pm

Colleagues, here are the tentative schedules for the East Asia Search candidate visits in 2019. Please reserve  Tuesday Feb 12 @ 4pm for a faculty meeting to rank the candidates.



Barlett (1/23-1/25) Arrive early evening Wednesday 1/23; meetings with faculty in the morning and early afternoon and talk at 4:00 pm on Thursday 1/24; morning meetings with faculty and head to airport in early afternoon on Friday 1/25. .



Bae (1/27-1/29) Arrive early evening Sunday 1/27; meetings with faculty in the morning and early afternoon and talk at 4:00 pm on Monday 1/28; morning meetings with faculty and head to airport in early afternoon on Tuesday 1/29.



Zhang (1/30-2/1) Arrive early evening Wednesday 1/30; meetings with faculty in the morning and early afternoon and talk at 4:00 pm on Thursday 1/31; morning meetings with faculty and head to airport in early afternoon on Friday 2/1.



Bang (2/6-2/8) Arrive early evening Wednesday 2/6; meetings with faculty in the morning and early afternoon and talk at 4:00 pm on Thursday 2/7; morning meetings with faculty and head to airport in early afternoon on Friday 2/8.



Linda will work with John to set up an itinerary for each candidate and make hotel reservations.
