[Pols-l] external review Oct 23-24 being moved

Colleagues, the external review of POLS is being moved from Oct 23-24 to a later date; they are having trouble scheduling the visit of the external reviewers.

Please make a note on your calendar.

I will let you know the new dates as soon as I have them.
