[Pols-l] Certificate and course approval

I think it is a good idea to have a meeting, with the usual comment that
Friday at 11 is not convenient for me, personally speaking.
I'm in the undergrad committee and this looks just slightly different
than what John sent us.
The difference I note is that in the certificate paperwork, the courses
were listed as "LA&S 125", "LA&S 130", not as "POLS 125" and so forth.
The reason this seems important is that these courses pre-suppose there
are professors to offer them. I have not heard details about that part
of the story.
This appears to require the creation of a couple of professorships
Military Intelligence experts.
We need to hire some experts in, well, National Institutions, to make
this credible.
