[Pols-l] Faculty meeting, 10/7 @11am

Colleagues, we have been given permission to pursue a second candidate for a bridge hire. I realize this is short notice, however, with more potential budget cuts coming I'd like to try and pursue this as quickly as possible.

A couple of candidates have been suggested so I'd like us all to meet and discuss options next Friday, 10/7 @ 11am to see if we can reach a consensus.

As noted in an earlier email there is also a potential accommodation on the table, though so far the feedback has not been very positive.

I will send around vitas for potential candidates early next week.
