Please share the following information with any faculty members or graduate students within your department who may be interested in serving as a judge for the upcoming Undergraduate Research Symposium.



The Center for Undergraduate Research & Fellowships is seeking KU faculty and graduate students to serve as presentation judges for this year’s Undergraduate Research Symposium. All judging will take place in person this year during the times listed below. Judges may evaluate presentations (using the provided rubrics) during one or more of the available sessions. If you are interested and available to serve as a judge this year, please complete this very brief form: https://kusurvey.ca1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_5bQ5JNEDCJoDGOa.



Available judging times:

April 24th, 5:15 – 6:15 – Oral Presentations/Artist Talks – assigned room on the 5th or 6th floor of the Kansas Union

April 25th , 2:00 – 3:00 – Poster Presentations – Gray-Little Hall

April 25th, 3:15 – 4:15 – Poster Presentations – Gray-Little Hall



Judges will be assigned presentations based on their indicated discipline and availability. More information will be provided after the April 13th Symposium registration deadline. Judges’ evaluations will be used to select the “Best Presentation” winners for this year’s event.
