The Great Plains Political Science Association has extended the submission deadline for our annual conference! All submissions for this year’s conference are now due by Friday, September 23rd. Our 2022 conference will be held October 28-29, in-person at Wichita State University’s campus. The Keynote speaker for this year’s conference is Dr. Michael A. Smith, Professor of Political Science and Chair of Social Sciences at Emporia State University. Dr. Smith will be discussing his newly published book, Much Sound and Fury, or the New Jim Crow?: The Twenty-First Century’s Restrictive New Voting Laws and Their Impact Participation at our conference includes membership in GPPSA, access to all sessions and the keynote speaker, and lunch on Friday before the keynote address.
