[Pols-announce] Daylight Savings and Spring Break!

A reminder that Sunday we will  "Spring forward" an hour for Daylight Savings time!

   Also, I will be out of the office Monday, Tues, and Wednesday during Spring Break.
I think I will stay in the area and I will be checking e-mail daily.
