Good Afternoon Professor Haider-Markel,

Dr. Barbara Ballard asked that I send you an e-mail regarding the reopening of the Essay Contest in honor of Women's History Month.   We ran an ad in the UDK on February 27, 2020.   Attached please find the Essay Contest flyer to be distributed to students you think might consider the opportunity.   Please note the new essay question:  Is the vote a right or a responsibility?   All essays are due no later than noon on March 20, 2020.
