[Pols-announce] Hogg has cancelled all events

All,
I unfortunately have to report that David Hogg has withdrawn from all of his planned events for the academic year for personal care reasons. We are cancelling all activities related to his Nov. 15-16 visit to KU.

We are quite frustrated and disappointed but will try to arrange for a different speaker spring semester.
