[Electronic-LAN] Oppose Evergy substation

Dear Planning Commissioners,

I stand with the Heatherwood Heights Neighborhood Association by opposing
the proposed Evergy substation in this neighborhood. In addition to the
negative effects on property values and 24/7 noise nuisance from humming
transformers, this substation would pose major health electromagnetic field
(EMF) risks to humans, animals, bees, trees, and plants. I urge you to study
