“Great points all. Some other issues: no online applications till 2021. Seems primitive and burdensome. For signatures of nearby residents they did suggest using "sign up genius" or just having emails sent from residents to Parks and Rec which is easier.
Sea Hawk or whatever in Eudora is crazy expensive, don't return phone calls or emails. We had to contact them over and over to get info. Parks and Rec 10 barriers won't be available if there is another bigger event in town. I asked if we could block off alleys in the alley neighborhoods. This has been really fun on my block when we've parked a car sideways on each end of the alley. Everybody on the block is invited. Kids can run wild. They will discuss it.” Yers, KT Walsh
