can you tell us about it's scope, and if the public will be allowed to 
participate - by Zoom, and by comments?

Hi Michael,

Sorry for the confusion! To clarify, the September 9^th Planning 
Commission mid-month meeting has been canceled. The regularly scheduled 
September 21^st Planning Commission meeting will be used as a work 
session with the Planning Commission and the Multi-Modal Transportation 
Commission. The Planning Commission will then consider public hearing 
and non-hearing items at their September 23^rd meeting. Information on 
those two meetings is what is attached.

However, the attachment I got is for the regular meetings on 21 and 23
