[Electronic-lan] Luxury Apartments in College Towns

I had a discussion with a person at the Housing Authority, and they were getting more inquiries from apartment managers about turning apartments into subsidized housing. So, that is a plus from the apartment glut, but it is not lowering prices, just increasing subsidies.
