Chris and Candy:

Attached is the public meeting notice to discuss the parking plans for
Downtown, East Lawrence, and all neighborhoods that surround KU.

Please pass this flyer onto the neighborhoods. I strongly encourage all to
attend. This is our opportunity to provide input regarding the needs of our
neighborhoods and the Downtown.

I know that they will be looking at an electronic permitting system that
would protect the neighborhood residences from encroachment of
non-residents. I don't know if this will work but that is an option that
the City Commission wanted explored.
