Hello,

This is Kayla Gravel and Kristina Foster and we are representatives from
The Big Event at KU, an organization that allows KU Students and faculty to
interact with Lawrence residents by helping homeowners with house and yard
work. These activities include, but are not limited to: raking leaves,
painting, moving dirt, mulching, and triming trees.

This is a non-need based organization and any homeowner or business
(churches, schools, apartment complexes, etc) is allowed to sign up, given
that they reside within Lawrence city limits. We are reaching out because
we are seeking homeowners for this year's Big Event on April 8th, 2017. If
this is something you think your neighborhood residents would be interested
in, we are more than happy to come to a meeting to talk about what we do,
and we would love it if you could include this information in your
newsletter or any other communications.
