List: Avigilon-KUPD-Alert (This will be used as a distribution group for automatic alerts triggered by specific analytic settings in the Avigilon security camera system to be sent to select KUPD accounts so that officers on duty can respond promptly) Avigilon-Service-Alert (This will be used to send automatic emails from the Avigilon security camera system to the appropriate recipients so that problems with individual cameras or users can be promptly addressed. This will include some KU email account and some external accounts for our support vendors that assist in maintaining the system.) BRASA (The international Brazilian Studies Association (BRASA) will be housed at KU for the years 2026-2032. During this time, the group will be used to contact the members of BRASA (over 4,000) in order to send news updates, calls for papers, and information pertaining to upcoming symposia and conferences.) csctest Edwards-Campus-Incident-Management-Team (This list will be used to communicate with members of the Edwards Campus Incident Management Team in emergency situations. The list will need to include KUMC members both receiving and sending attachments, as well as outside entities.) eoc_weather (This list is going to be used to distribute weather information to different stakeholders across the KU Lawrence and KU Edwards campuses.) fin600-discussion (FIN 600 is a discussion class centered around analyzing stocks, markets, and presentations from industry guest speakers.) KU_Lawrence_Emergency_Management_Committee (This group is going to be used to communicate among members of the KU Lawerence Emergency Management Committee. It will contain members that have KUMC addresses.) KUMC-FABS-DL (This group will be used to communicate organzation wide updates, meeting invites, and news letters to the Finance and Business Services employees that report to the CFO. ) Pols-announce (POLS Announce) SigmaTauDelta (Students in the SigmaTauDelta English honors society (launched this spring/fall, but won't be a KU Group officially until January) will use this list to communicate only with members.) Test-List-Bypass-Moderate-Restriction (Newsletter notifications, information pushes, and questions from subscribers.)
