[Taxacom] Identity of country or region A.R.E.

Thanks to everyone who responded - either Arab Republic of Egypt or United
Arab Republic. Seems strange that we are getting canned produce from those
countries - or perhaps not. Only reason I care is that crops from some
countries are subject to more or dangerous pesticides etc so I am careful
about that.
