[Taxacom] Automated monitoring of the taxonomic literature

Hi Rod,
Apologies. There were actually not 63 but 64 "core" publications containing
new taxonomic names in 2020. Publication "Huynh & Veenstra, 2020c" was
inadvertently scored as "Huynh & Veenstra, 2020a" in a reference column.
This caused the "minus one" effect when summarizing data. Other data
remains the same. The related journal *Proceedings of the Royal Society of
Victoria* is included in the count and list that I sent before.
