[Taxacom] Open call for 2021 Andriy Novikov Prize

Dear colleagues,
Let me introduce the call for the second annual prize for making the data
on Ukrainian natural history collections open to the world.
Any contribution (i.e., publication of datasets, publication of the
collections' elaboration in OA journals, organization of open topic-related
evens) that promotes the open access and availability of the Ukrainian
natural history collections is welcomed.
