[Taxacom] Tricladia homonomy?

Some colleagues recently drew my attention to the following

Tricladia Mercet, 1918 (Hynenoptera: Encyrtidae)

Tricladia C. & R. Felder, 1874 (Lepidoptera: Hepialidae)

the wasp name as valid, but it would appear not to be the case. Anyone here
who may be able to comment further?
