I have been trying to find some specific information on the following publication:

I have now looked at several copies both in print (at the BM) and online versions but none have any of the plates mentioned in the text. There should be five in all, Tab. I-V, for volume II, part II.

TL-2 is no help, nor is any other avenue I have followed. I am now beginning to believe the plates were never actually published. Does anyone know this publication? Were the plates published? If so, where is a copy with plates held?
