[Taxacom] Fwd: Zootaxa taken off of JCR

Although I understand both sides of the argument I am certainly much
inclined to follow Carlos point of view.... the recent move should be seen
more as an opportunity than a major problem!
(I admit though that I may afford to say this 1) because I'm (much)
closer from the end than from the beginning of my career !).
