[Taxacom] Dishonorable people as species names

My point is that others in the general public and in the media would not
distinguish between the non-science of naming choices and the science of
taxonomy so it is conceivable that some choices may be perceived in such a
way as to be potentially, if not actually, detrimental to the science of
taxonomy.
