[Taxacom] request for elusive, ephemeral papers

Dear all,
as you may know, I am doing my best to keep up
a website documenting the evolution of the rules
of 'botanical' nomenclature, at
http://www.iapt-taxon.org/historic/index.htm.
What is regrettably missing are most of what might
be called "Congress papers": anything handed out
at the Nomenclature Sections of an IBC
(International Botanical Congress). These may be
belated, ad hoc proposals, supplementary material,
compromises reached during the Section, etc.
On occasion the proceedings of Nomenclature
Sections mention that something has been handed
out; for instance the proceedings of the 1975
Congress mention a mimeographed "Supplementary
Notes on Autonyms" by Brummitt, but there may
have been any number of unmentioned papers.
For a library, these papers will be difficult to
administer, even if they have been turned in at
the time by those attending a Nomenclature
Section. They will likely be not much to look at,
perhaps loose sheets, photocopied or mimeographed.
But they may be present in some libraries, possibly
put in the relevant Code for that Congress. Perhaps
the best chance is somebody who attended a
Nomenclature Section and has kept these papers.
The last three Congresses should not be a problem
(although I may be missing a paper of the 2005
Congress), but of earlier Congresses there is close
to nothing.
Any scan of such a document will be much
appreciated.
Paul
