[Taxacom] Canis [familiaris] dingo Blumenbach - a non-existent name?

Thanks, Bayshark... that is exactly what I think is correct and why ITIS
(and some others, also unfortunately Catalogue of Life at this time) are
wrong...

I have written separately to ITIS and will see if they respond.
