[Taxacom] IUCN 2017 lost taxa?

Dear friends,
Does anybody know why number of plant taxa were excluded from 2017 IUCN
list? I could understand if the status would be changed from some
threatened to DD or LC, but it just looks that somebody forgot to include
these taxa in the new edition of the list.
