[Taxacom] Cotopaxi National Park

If anyone on this list has been to Cotopaxi National Park I would be
interested to hear from them (this can be off list) about the habitat at
the Park entrance. I have a moth labelled as from "Cotopaxi National Park,
entrance. 2800 m". There seems to be more than one entry to the Park so
this is problematic. On the web I found some images of a park entrance that
seems to be surrounded by pine trees - introduced? I am trying to figure
out if this elevation falls within upland forests or is a subalpine area.
I'll keep looking for information, but any insights will be most helpful.
