[Taxacom] Granatina

Is this generic name still OK for a genus of birds or should it be Uraeginthus Cabanis<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jean_Cabanis>, 1851? If it should be Uraeginthus, is  the reason nomenclatural (e.g., Granatina used for some other organism falling under the IZN) or taxonomic?  Looking around the web, it looks as if the two names I am interested in may have been synonymized.  They are Granatina hawkeri and Granatina ianthinogaster. They came from a GBIF download. IUCN uses Granatina but Avibase and Wikipedia do not.  Also, who is the author of Granatina. Sharpe,
