[Taxacom] Another request for help with a name

Yes it is.  Neal Evenhuis sent the same reference - but I only just spotted the "No recent references" which helps. It suggests that the name should be added to the GBIF backbone (and CoL etc.). My concern is just SCAN,  (http://symbiota4.acis.ufl.edu/scan/portal/index.php)

What would be the normal form of citation, Dalman, 1817 or Dalman in Schoenherr, 1817 or Dalman in C. J. Schoenherr, 1817?
