[Taxacom] Another request for help with a name

This is named in iNaturalist at Lycus melanurus but I cannot find that name in GIBF, Catalogue of Life, ITIS, or Species 2000. There is an image of the creature at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Lycus_melanurus,_bosy,_Pretoria.jpg and https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Lycus_melanurus,_ondersy,_Pretoria.jpg. I am wanting to add the author of the name to the taxonomic backbone of SCAN. A google search sees it listed as Hook-winged Net-winged Beetle<https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/477080-Lycus-melanurus> but the only references to it take me back to the iNaturalist record. BHL suggests that the author is Dalman, 1817 but, in other works, it seems to be treated as a synonym of Strangalia melanura L.  Please, if someone out there knows these creatures, would you tell me whether a) Dalman, 1817 is the author and b) whether that is the currently accepted name or is it (and possibly others) now under some other genus?   If there is a paper that treats the group, I would be delighted to hear of it - and share information about it with others.
