The PLF is the same outfit that several years ago sued the University of California, its Museum of Paleontology, and faculty members for having an online resource to help the teaching of evolution.  The PLF's position was that evolution was a religion, and that promoting belief in it violated the doctrine of the separation of Church and State.  It lost the case.

You have to give them points for inventiveness,  but they are a serious and troublesome organization.
