[Taxacom] Type specimens from plants under cultivation

Dear All

 

Apologies if this question is obvious but I couldn't find anything in any of
the relevant books that I had to hand nor could I easily find anything on
the internet.

 

If a type specimen is prepared from a living plant in cultivation (e.g. a
botanic garden) of known wild provenance, rather than directly from a plant
in the wild, what is the correct / best way of citing that specimen?
