[Taxacom] Copy of Meyrick, Exotic Microlepidoptera 4: 248-249

I want to review Edward Meyrick's original descriptions of Macropiratidae, Macropiratis and Macropiratis halieutica from volume 4 of Exotic Microlepidoptera pp. 248 - 249 (maybe 250, if it runs on), but neither BHL not the local library here seems to hold a copy of this volume.

Could anyone possibly scan me these pages?
