[Taxacom] Chinese collecting locality name question

Colleagues,

I would be most grateful if anyone could clarify a Chinese locality for me.
I have reference to a moth collected in the early 1900's from "Pin-Fa". I
have been unable to identify the map locality for this name although I have
seen the same name as a collecting locality for other taxa in the early
1900's. I did come across "Pingfa" in Guizhou Province, although I do not
know if that is the same locality. When I tried Pingfa in Google Earth it
gave me Pingba, Guizhou. Any insight or clarification would be most helpful.
