[Taxacom] unknown Pseudococcus species help

Dear members,

Does anyone know a researcher working on Pseudococcidae (mealybugs) or
related groups? Or know anyone who can point where I should contact?



We have a common pest species, Pseudococcus longispinus in Korea. My
problem is that we found another, longispinus-like species and it is not
easy to identify the species. Morphologically very VERY similar to P.
longispinus, but the COI barcode comparison tells they are very different
species (over 10% difference in sequence).



If you know of anyone who may be able to help us in identifying this
unknown species, please let me know where I should contact. I can send a
slide-prepared sample or alcohol-preserved specimen for ID. Any suggestions?
