Just one minor point relating to that outburst of sarcasm, Rich. At least one Commissioner certainly is a millionaire (at least in terms of assets), owning as he does a very productive publishing company, and he has just been appointed secretary general of the ICZN. Good luck trying to contact God ...

are all "mere mortals". Next time, we'll consult with God, as you previously alluded to. Since all of us on the Commission are millionaires, having been paid such enormous salaries by the ICZN, at the very least we'll hire a top-notch expert such as yourself to review the text.
