[Taxacom] two names online published - one new species

It's just been pointed out to me that this list contains four criteria, 
not three.

archive intended to preserve the work and the ISSN or ISBN associated 
with the work

 From what I can see, two of these are fulfilled (1 and 2) but not the 
latter two.
