Not sure if that's the best way to phrase it. A name that exists ONLY in
digital form requires a ZooBank registration, *given in the publication
itself*, in order to be available. If the work itself does not mention
the registration, and it is actually still registered, that isn't enough
to make it available - it is not the registration itself that makes the
name available, but the explicit indication in the work. If the same
work is later printed, and its earlier digital version was unavailable,
then the name becomes available from the printed version's date.
