[Taxacom] Revision using taxonomic concept approach

I just looked back on some old 2011 discussion on ' sec. ' to see the
justification for the jargon.

This abbreviation is just so obscure, and non intuitive for the non
in-group, and has terrible readability.

In addition to ' sensu ' instead, did anyone have a good reason for not
using the simple ' fide ' ?
