[Taxacom] Cephalopod beak identification

Dear all,

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of Malcom Clarke's "A handbook 
for the identification of cephalopod beaks". A resource that seems to be 
cited everywhere but has fallen off the face of the planet when it comes 
to acquiring, it can only find 4 copies on amazon all from slightly 
dodgy dealers.
