[Taxacom] Catalogue of life distribution abbreviations

As if Catalogue of Life or Kew did not have the screen real estate to
display the actual names for users.

Afghanistan, Pakistan, West Himalaya, etc,  or the subdivisions thereof if
any.

Silly, silly, historic relic, obfuscating, timewasting practice as just
demonstrated.
