[Taxacom] italicizing names

Well no, the botanical Code does not say so. It has adopted
a style, and leads from example. There is no requirement.

The zoological Code goes further and has put in a recommendation
(although this applies only to part of the names regulated by that
Code).

Only the Code for viruses makes this a requirement (except for
strains, IIRC)
