Dear Friends.

The cross posting assures that all interested persons sees this.

Please do not reply to the list - Please reply directly to me.

I want to give away two, 20 drawer, homemade wooden cabinets.  They are made for Cornell drawers.  They are well crafted. I do not know who made them. They were a gift to me.  They are 3/4 inch plywood, finished A side out. Aluminum 90 degree angle pieces are fitted for drawer slides. The cabinets are not fine furniture quality. They are reasonably air tight with fitted doors, gaskets, and each door has two lockable handles, top and bottom, per door (I cannot guarantee I can locate the keys).  I used the cabinets in my bug room for more then 25 years with satisfaction.

Here is the fine print:  I give them, no charge, to you, first come first served.  You arrange and pay for transportation from Alamogordo, New Mexico to your place. You can either travel here - Alamogordo is beautiful next to the great White Sands National Monument, or you could use a moving van line. They must be gone from my house by 18 April 2015.

More info:  The do not weigh very much empty - I’m guessing about 100 pounds each (each one is 2 sheets of 3/4" plywood).  They are bulky; outside dimensions are  22"  wide, 19" deep, and 70" high.

I am finally, after 50 some years studying moths, able to replace them with used steel cabinets.  If you, or if you know anyone, who might want to take advantage of this offer, get in touch with me at metzlere at msu.edu  or spruance at beyondbb.com  I can send photos via email attachment if you are seriously interested.

This offer is good for one month.  The offer will be withdrawn on 17 April 2015, two days after tax day.  If the cabinets are still here on 18 April they will go to the county landfill.  I just do not have room to store them in my house.

Thank you for looking.

Eric
