[Taxacom] Blanchard 1842

Dear Taxacomers,
a colleague of mine asked me to forward this question:

To clarify a question of homonymy I am searching for the publication by Blanchard 1842. It is repeatedly cited in entomological literature, but it is not clear if it really is published paper or an unpublished collection catalogue.
Citation varies:
Blanchard, Ε., 1842. Catalogue des Cétonides de la collection du Muséum d'Histoire Naturelle à Paris. — Paris, Imprimerie du Poussielgue, 23 pp. [Nov. 1842].
Blanchard, É., 1842 - Liste des Cétonides de la collection du Muséum d'Histoire naturelle de Paris: 19. Extrait du catalogue des collections entomologiques du Muséum d'Histoire naturelle de Paris, n°1.

Apparently a partial copy is available at the NHM London, but it is reported to be missing the title page and thus won’t be much help in deciding if this was published or not.

The only catalogue I found is the one from 1850 (https://archive.org/stream/cataloguedelacol00mus#page/n8/mode/1up), but this is not the correct one and does refer to the earlier 1842 paper in several places (e.g. p. 41).

The reason I am interested in this paper is to find out if the genus Micropeltus (or Micropeltis) allegedly established therein (on p. 18?) has been made available by that work and how the original spelling of the name was (-peltus or –peltis).
